Is each request a single Contact record?
Is it possible to send multiple records per request?

Hi, @mclayton.

It depends which endpoint you’re using:

- You can create a single contact with [this endpoint](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/create_contact) or retrieve a single contact with [this endpoint](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/get_contact).
- Alternatively, you can create or update up to 1,000 contacts with [this endpoint](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/batch_create_or_update) (though we recommend limiting each request to 100 contacts) or retrieve up to 100 contacts by email with [this endpoint](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/contacts/get_batch_by_email).

There are other endpoints as well, so let me know if you have questions about one of those.
