Hi, As an systems admin I have 400 + users of HubSpot accross the business. Some of those users have recently got married and need their details updating in HubSPot, particuliy their last name. I have updated their last name on the user profile but I can’t update their email address to reflect their new address.
Can we please have the ability to update the users details.
We have the same issue, compounded further by the fact that for security our users are only permitted to access HubSpot by using single sign on. This means that a user logging in to change their email address is impossible - by the time they get to do this, their single sign on login has stopped working as their email address has changed…
I cannot change it for them in admin settings or using impersonation.
So I am stuck, awaiting a response from HubSpot as how to deal with this. The current option they have provided of setting up a brand new user is a complete no go - this will break the audit history relating to the user and will cause us a tonne of work to reassign records across all objects in the platform.
Surely the licensee should rightly have control of managing and updating user records… like we have with all other solutions we utilise for our business!
