HubSpot Academy videos aren't beginning to load

Hey,

No Academy video will play for me, or even start loading. The player just says, “Having trouble watching this video?” That sentence looks like a link but I can’t click on it.

I’ve tried in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. And incognito. I’ve also turned off my ad blocker and allowed cookies.

Any other ideas?

Here is the URL of the video I’m interested in. But I tried some other
courses too and got the same result.
