Hi, I’m completing a HubSpot Academy certification practical exercise to create a lead.
I successfully created the leads in HubSpot, and the system confirmed “2 leads created”, but when I return to Academy and click Exercise completed, it still says the exercise is not completed.
I already retried the exercise from Academy, created the lead again from Contacts, and the action works inside HubSpot, but the completion is not being validated in Academy.
Could you please check whether the exercise is stuck or failed on the backend and help mark it correctly?

To further assist you here, would you mind letting me know the full name of the ‘Course’ that you’re attempting to complete. Would you mind also screenshotting the ‘exercise’ step that you’re getting stuck on? Are you seeing an option to continue from the top banner once you’ve created the leads?
