I passed the Digital Marketing certification exam, but I see “Exam passed but award not generated.” I completed it a few days ago. Could the Academy team check my certification and help generate the award?

Hi yes, I tried an incognito window and my award still will not generate. The URL should be Academy Content UI
Has this issue been resolved for anyone? I have been following several threads since last week, when my Sales Management certificate didn’t generate, and I still haven’t had any luck with all of the suggestions to triage the problem. Please help.
