Hello, my company wants to move to Hubspot Marketing Starter, we currently have 15k contacts in our Newsletter which is sent twice a month.
Of course the cost is the result of how many contacts you have, i used the calculator in the website but it doesn’t say how many emails can be delivered per month per contact slot.
I don’t understand if we purchase Hub Marketing Starter with 15k contacts i will be able to send 1 newsletter per month, 2 or 5.
Am i buying 15k contact slots with 1 deliverable email per month or Am i buying 15k contact slots with 2 deliverable email per month ?

With HubSpot Marketing Starter the email send limit is "5X contact tier email send limit per calendar month".
In your example 15,000 Contacts would allow you to send 75,000 emails per month.
We’re HubSpot Partners and in my experience I would budget on a slightly higher Contact Count.
And, I would run your list through an email validation service (e.g. https://www.datavalidation.com). This will clean out any email addresses that may bounce, no longer work, etc. You’ll probably lose a lot of (old) email addresses as a result.
Typically, once you’ve imported your contacts, your first email will have a significant bounce rate and HubSpot will shut down your email sends if the bounce rate is too high (which can be unlocked again).
