I have created a couple of sample HubDB modules via HubSpot’s Code Gallery which you can view here:
There is one for a Resource Library and another for an Event Listing!
However, please note you will still need to create both the custom module and HubDB table manually within your own portal and some tweaking may be required should you wish to change any of the style/layout/or functionality. But hopefully, those can give you a good starting point
