Sending candidates to your webiste definitely works and we have consulting large staffing firms on using this solution as well!
If you do want candidates to come into the CRM through LI then you will need LI Recruiter and a custom integration! LI won’t allow the BCC that would bring your LI applicants into your HubSpot, unfortunately. This is why I built the solution that I did
