Hello all! Newbie getting started with development here.

I have been working locally in VS Code. I have a new project in which I have been creating a hubspot theme. So I have multiple files and folders - templates, css, js, modules, etc.

Going through the documention I should use HS Upload src dest to copy my local work to the Hubspot dev account. I can’t figure out how to do this. I can upload a single file, individually. But there must be a way to sync my entire directory at once? Surely I’m not meant to do this one file at a time, right?

Thanks in advance!

You should be able to use \< HS upload \> for the full directory - this [getting started with themes](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/guides/getting-started-with-themes) walks through how to do it with the boilerplate theme and [here’s how to upload your project back to HubSpot](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/guides/getting-started-with-local-development)

The

**hs upload**

command also works with folders/directories.

For example, if you’re uploading a folder called “company-theme” from your local environment to production (HubSpot), then run the following:

`hs upload company-theme company-theme`

It will upload all files and subfolders under the folder to HubSpot.
