Fairly new to the world of HubSpot!
We have Sales Starter and Marketing Pro all is going well, apart from HubSpot Insights are causing a few issues. For example, we have a couple of clients (we’re accountants) who have set up an email using Gmail, TalkTalk, Hotmail etc when we add these to our CRM Insights picks up the domain name a creates a company - how do I stop this from happening on these free domains but continue to work on ‘business domains’?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to differentiate here – it either applies to all contacts or non, see also here: Get started with data enrichment
You can however exclude certain domains from the automatic company association and creation which might solve your problem: Automatically create and associate companies with contacts
