# HS CLI hs fetch gets \[ERROR\] The request for "my Theme"

When working with CLI, namely when I set up and connected my account, I try to get the theme files to my local IDE using hs fetch /@marketplace/Remotish/AUSTYLE but I get an error - [ERROR] The request for “@marketplace/Remotish/AUSTYLE” in account “NameID” was forbidden. Downloading @marketplace assets is not allowed

Could you please tell me what’s the problem with this error?

Hi @ARid ,

You can’t fetch a theme from the marketplace with CLI like you can’t edit files from a marketplace’s theme in the Design Tools. You need to create a Child Theme from the theme and then you will be able to download it in your local environnemnt.

Thank you @MBERARD for your help I really appreciate it!  
It really works.  
But there is one nuance, when I create a child theme, for some reason not all files. I carefully read the documentation, it says that if I want to transfer all the files, I need to clone the theme. I try to do this, but I get a message - The asset you selected is not located in a parent theme.  
I will be grateful if you have any idea what caused this problem.

Did you manage to solve this issue with the “The asset you selected is not located in a parent theme.” ? I have the same issue and cant seem to fix it @ARid
