Hi @Uzoma,

Welcome to the HubSpot community!

Would you mind specifying your question a bit? Are you asking about how you can generate more customers? If so, the industry you’re in would be helpful context. As a general starting point, please refer to this blog post: [How to Generate Leads with HubSpot](https://blog.hubspot.com/customers/how-to-generate-leads-with-hubspot)

Are there specific “troubles”? If so, could you name them please?

Best regards

Honestly it depends what kind of trouble you mean. If people come and leave without buying, the first thing I would check is how fast you follow up with them. Most customers just go with whoever replies first. And when someone walks away, ask them directly why, that feedback is worth more than any marketing trick.

Agree with the above — most of the time people leave because the first impression didn’t stick. Beyond fast follow-up, I’d look at your marketing materials and branding. Clear messaging, consistent visuals[,](https://aestheticsfont.com/) and clean typography make a business look credible before you even talk to the prospect. Small things like a professional email template and an on-brand look across your pages build the trust that actually wins the customer in the end.
