I’m looking to view all the notes added to contacts recently. I’ve tried adding a notes column into the view but there isn’t one. How would I go about this?

Hey [@geekateegeek](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10543) this is not currently possible. Notes can only be viewed on a unique basis on the contact/company record.

I have the same question. I would like to display all of my notes, no matter the account/contact I created it for. I tried to do that with custom report but best I can get is just distribution of note/meeting types and their amounts. When I’m trying to use note Details field, I’m getting only an error:

Hi @mgonera,

You can’t run a report on notes at the moment.

Thanks,

I see. Is maybe such data set available over some API?

Hey @mgonera,

Yes it is, the [engagements API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/engagements/engagements-overview) would allow you to export notes.

Thanks,
Jenny

I wanted to mention that [Notejoy](https://notejoy.com), a collaborative notes app, integrates deeply with HubSpot, allowing you to create, view, and collaboratively edit notes directly from HubSpot contact, company, and deal records.

The nice thing is that Notejoy also offers you an interface to see all the notes you’ve created in one place within Notejoy, helping you to get the exact view you are looking for.

In addition, you’ll get the opportunity to create lots of rich formatting in your notes and even add rich media like images, uploaded documents, and much more.

You can check out the integration [here](https://notejoy.com/help/hubspot-integration).

We shouldn’t have to use a separate app or program to view the notes that we created in Hubspot, geesh, no wonder more companies use Salesforce!

Has anyone solved this yet? Would also need an aggregated view of all the notes.

Use case: we use notes to store the most important info about demo and intro calls. Would love to do a qualitative analysis of those notes, but would have to go one by one right now.

Hi [@geekateegeek](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10543) and everyone,

Stumbled upon this thread thanks to a recent reply from @JPPar.

This is actually possible and has been for a while:

1. In the HubSpot menu (left sidebar), click CRM \> Contacts
2. In the top left corner, click on the blue Contacts to open the dropdown
3. Select Notes from the dropdown and you’ll end up on the notes index page

 ![karstenkoehler_0-1750163350320.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/0/4/044bae0f75d877e88d654ee5506aca3220578f14.png)

On this page, you can add columns, sort by note create date, save filtered views etc.

Best regards

Thats fantastic Karsten, weirdly the Google SE doesnt show a post showing how to do this but instead refers to this post summarizing that its not possible yet, so thank you for resolving. Best regards!
