How to use card scanner on IOS?

Hi Hubspot community,

I installed the latest version of Hubspot App on ios… (iphone5)

when I try to add a contact, I do not se the scan card feature announced recently.

Any ideas why that would be?

Hi @pablogt,

When you click the plus button in the top right hand corner, what options do you see? You should see “scan business card” as an option. If you do not see this can you please confirm what version of the app you have and send along screenshots of what you are seeing?

I would also recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, as well as restarting your device.
