To ensure that emails with the bank and solicitor are also captured within your clients’ contacts in HubSpot, you can utilize the BCC feature in your Outlook email.
When emailing the bank or solicitor regarding a specific client, you can BCC your unique HubSpot CRM email address. By doing this, the emails sent to the bank and solicitor will be automatically logged in the respective client’s contact record in HubSpot.
