How to update the Company Name of Hubspot Subscriptions ?

While I was trying to change the Name, there is a warning message that pops up and says below:

" Current Company will immediately cease all use of the subscription(s) associated with this HubSpot portal, "

Does this means that the Subscriptions that I have with the Hubspot will end upon changing the company name ?

While setting up the Hubuspot first time, we entered the Brand Name instead of the Company Name. Now we want to make the changes so that the VAT or Tax number can be updated along with the Name.

Kindly Assist.

If you are on a paid plan I would double-check with HubSpot’s Support.

To the best of my knowledge this doesn’t mean the subscriptions will end, it simply means “company A” should not be using HubSpot anymore when you are changing your name from “company A” to “company B”. Because strictly speaking, when this happens there is no legally binding contract between “company A” and HubSpot anymore.
