Hello, we launched a new website for our business (bitterbrains.com) and Clearbit could not find the logo. How do we go about providing this?

I understand that you are looking to update the logo Clearbit has for your domain (bitterbrains.com).
I’d like to highlight that we are no longer actively maintaining the Clearbit Logo API.

With that said, I’m happy to try and get your new logo added to our database manually. The requirement is that the logo be hosted (a URL, not a file) and in the format “.jpg” or “.png”.
It would be formatted to something like this:

Clearbit is no longer updating its Logo API and their product will sunset in December 2025, but Logo.dev is the official migration path and makes it easy to keep your logo current. You can submit your updated logo manually here: www.logo.dev/update. This is also where you can request updates for any domain and we usually have the update live in less than 24 hours.
Once updated, you can fetch your logo directly with our API. For example:
https://img.logo.dev/bitterbrains.com?token=YOUR_API_TOKEN
