Thank you so much for your quick answer! This case involves a 3rd party integration, so basically we are trying to update a property after a NPS is submitted.
Seems like it’s only interacting with “increase or decrease value” property, and if same user submits more than once, the scores are changing that way.
No other property is interacting the way it should be.
Does that make sense?
