How do I turn off the email notifications that tell me someone has responded to an email. When I open up my email client it shows the response from the client and the notification which is redundant. It is taking up too much space on my email and I just end up deleting them anyways.

Are you referring to responses via “Conversations”?
If so…
- Click on the top right near your name
- Choose profile and preferences
- Under notifications on the left, choose HubSpot
- In the top right search box search for “email conversation replies”
- Adjust your settings accordingly
If you’re referring to other types of emails, I’m not sure what you’re seeing. I am not aware of a notification within HubSpot that notifies you when someone responds to a one-to-one email. If you are getting these, can you send a screenshot? This is a feature that has been requested in the ideas forum.
