To track form submissions after a pop-up CTA click,

1. Modify the CTA URL to include a custom parameter like ?source=popup-cta.
2. Add a hidden field to the form.
3. Use JavaScript to capture the parameter and fill the hidden field.
This lets you track submissions from the pop-up without using UTM tags.
