How To Sync Previous Emails With Hubspot

Hi,

I use the Hubspot Free Sales CRM and I want to see if this is possible. What I want to ask is when I add a contact to my Hubspot account, how can I have those previous email exchanges with that contact show up on my Hubspot feed for that contact? Is this possible to do? Thank you.

HubSpot doesn’t have a default feature for this. There are third-party solutions like Threads which can help you with this.
