How to store Company current services information in HubSpot - Sales Hub Professional

Hi!

I work for an office technology sales company that sells many different products and solutions. We are looking for a way to store our current client data in HubSpot, i.e. the product/solution they have, lease details, purchase details, expiry dates. Some clients could have 5+ different contracts with us. We would like all of this data to be stored centrally, associated to the Company or on the Company record so that our sales team has a full view of a clients current services.
Has anyone setup something similar before or have a recommendation?

We have Sales Hub Professional and are only looking for solutions viable within our current license.

Hi @hubfaith,

The best option here would be a custom object - which is however only available in Enterprise subscriptions.

You can however enable one of the additional default objects and simply rename it, under Settings > Objects > Listings / Appointments / Courses / Services.

Once enabled and renamed, you can add properties and associate it to companies like any other object.
