We are doing a CRM migration to Hubspot (from Attio).
One of the requirements is “Transfer or storage of all existing call videos/transcripts from Attio”. These are customer reviews or prospect demo calls or similar.
Each video should be associated with a company and the transcript also saved somehow that is associated to the video (or somehow stored together).
What would be the best way to achieve this?
And I should say, currently it’s like 400 videos altogether.

Before we nail down the approach, a couple of quick questions: Are these videos currently hosted somewhere (like a video platform or cloud storage) or are they living directly inside Attio? And going forward, do you need the ability to search transcript content, or is it more about having them accessible and associated to the right company?
The reason I ask is because the answer changes the recommendation a bit. If searchability matters, we’d probably want to store transcripts as Notes or in a structured way on the Company record in HubSpot. If it’s more about archival access, a custom URL property pointing to external hosted videos with the transcript attached as a file or note works really well and is much easier to set up at scale for 400 recordings.
Once you know a bit more about how these are stored today and how the team expects to use them post migration, we can put together a clean plan for this.

=> They live in Attio currently. It will be a pain to get them out but prepared to do so.
And going forward, do you need the ability to search transcript content, or is it more about having them accessible and associated to the right company?
=> Transcript being searchable would really be helpful, yes. If there is a solution to that.
I should emphasise though that the transcripts are the crucial part here. Them being in Hubspot is the necessity. If there is no good way to get the videos onto the company records, I am fine storing them elsewhere.
