How to stop popups showing when emails are opened.

I originally thought this was a good idea but it’s become very distracting. How can I stop the popups? Thanks.

Those are the steps to mute/pause real-time notifications, but this is not possible at this stage to mute a specific email. However, I can see how it could be useful for you and other users and I invite you to upvote and subscribed to this idea that is currently reviewed by our Product Team.
