I have all email notifications turned off, but I am getting emails confirming downloads which I do not want to receive.
How do I turn off email notifications of downloads made?

To clarify, are these downloads in reference to files that are housed in your HubSpot Files tool, marketing email links, or somewhere else?

CRM exports. The email message is “Your export “XYZ” has been delivered”

You can turn these off under Settings > Notifications. Simply click on the “Edit” button and turn off the toggle entirely.

You can try to reset the settings by enabling them, then disabling them again. This has worked for some users.
@mlangner are you sure you’re receiving these notifications from the portal you’re making these settings in? Manage multiple HubSpot accounts
Yes… there is only a single logged in account and the messages are definitely tied to the one I am working in and the settings for that account.
It shows “allow notifications” as off… I cycled that, and the global email notifications button to see if that solved the problem but it did not.
Still not solved…
