Hello,
I’d like to know if it’s possible to create a report for each contact who provides feedback.
The main idea would be to have a general report by collecting all of the customer feedback and to have the option of having a report for each customer by showing each feedback journey with all the moments that the customer provides feedback.
I hope that it was clear.
@Adriana03 Are you currently using the feedback surveys function in Hubspot? There is native reporting tied to the feedback survey where you can look at responses by user, email performance, and basic analysis of each survey question.
@Adriana03 What subscription to Hubspot do you have?
The native feedback surveys function seems like the perfect choice as @crispyGTM said. However, if you don’t have access to Service Hub Pro (or above) this will not be available.
As an alternative have you tried creating properties for each of your feedback questions, then using those properties to create a feedback form (or forms). Then, depending upon the subscriptions you have, you could either…
- Create a Dashboard containing custom reports for each form (or individual field)
- Use the form performance and analytics tabs to see the efficacy of each form (and access submissions)
- Use ‘Active Lists’ to create a list of contacts who have answered [x] question with [x] answer
- Use the default ‘Contacts’ tab, filter by form submission(s) and edit the columns to show the properties that you want to compare.
If you then need to drill down into a specific contact’s form sumbissions, you can filter their activity by form submissions.
