How to send email template multiple times

This would be most easily achieved with a sales template, I would say: Create and send message templates

If you want to use a marketing email, you would do the following:

  1. Create the email, with the personalization token for the personal link and send it to at least one contact (could be yourself)
  2. When you have new eligible contacts, make sure that the personal link field is filled for that contact
  3. Use the “Send to more” option to re-send the email from step 1 to this new contact: Send marketing emails to more contacts
