I am trying to figure out steps on how to create either a workflow or an automated recurring task for a survey to be sent out weekly to an identified contact list. I would like it sent to current students and allow responses to the survey for 3 days before it closes and then is sent again the following week. Does Hubspot have this capability? Thank you!
You should be able to make this work. A couple of key things to do or consider:
1. Are you sending the same survey link each week, or a different one? If the link changes each week you’ll have to either manually update the email or store the survey links in some kind of custom event, custom object or property that is automatically updated with a new link each week.
2. Make sure contacts can re-enroll into the workflow. There are several ways this can work, either through a schedule or building a list/trigger that will re-occur so that the contacts match the trigger each week.
3. For your 3-day wait, that sounds like it’s all on the survey’s side, unless you were considering running the survey through a Hubspot form.
In any case, it’s definitely doable. Just have to work out the nuances. Hope this helps, good luck!
