How to see who opened email in a group email

Hello!

I sent an email to 5 people. How can I see which of the 5 people opened the email date/time stamp? Thanks.

Hi @KLazer,

It’s unfortunately not possible to get this information, due to how tracking works. To put it simply, an email does not know by whom it was opened, only that it was opened.

“If you send a tracked email to multiple email addresses (including CC and BCC), they all receive the same HubSpot Sales tracking image. HubSpot will still notify you of the email open, but HubSpot may not be able to determine which recipient opened the email.”
