How to save a PDF copy of each bulk mail sent

I’m looking for some suggestions: My company is looking at ways to preserve copies of communications for each contact in an external system to be part of their contact record.

We send automated transactional emails, quotes, etc using property values/triggers we collect via integrations. Is there an integration or a process where I can “save” or create a pdf of the exact email a contact was sent? I’d like that file to be sent to our document storage system and stored outside of HubSpot. Any ideas on how I can approach this?

The only option that I am aware of is to leverage the compliance copy email feature. With this enabled any outgoing emails sent to contacts will be sent to the BCC of your choice.

It’s not in PDF format but it’s as close as you’ll get from my experience! I suppose if you did wanted to generate PDFs perhaps you could then create some script to scrape communications in the inbox that is storing the compliance copies and generate after the send.
