i created a workflow to send the eamil to cantact. some of them are failed because of the low engagemnet.
if i want to resend this email to those failed contact, how can i realise it?

The first step would be to disable the “Don’t send to unengaged contacts” option in your automated email.
You would then have to clone the existing email as a regular email which you can then resend to contacts who were previously not sent the email.
To create the recipient list, do the following:
- Navigate to the original automated email
- Click into the Recipients tab
- In the left sidebar, find Not sent
- To the right, use the dropdown menu to create a list for these contacts
