Hi, we are also searching for a better solution for sending reminder emails to contacts which haven’t conducted our survey yet. This list option may have been a solution before the iOS 15 Update came across. Is there a solution to also send reminder emails to contacts with the iOS 15 Update, so another filter which is not based on opens, but on conducted? yes/no? Thanks in advance!

You could setup a property associated with the survey completion called “survey complete” with the type single checkbox (yes/no) and then use this property to buid a new list with the criteria that this property is unknown or not equal to “yes” to refine the list for the reminder email.
The complexity of this will depend on how you are conducting the survey, what information is passed to HubSpot from the survey, and also your experience with building the necessary workflow to connect the two if they aren’t already. Otherwise this could become quite a manual process.
