Hi,

I’m trying to recreate a Drupal 7 Webform in Hubspot. Below is a snapshot of the existing webform fields.

 ![Screenshot 2019-02-27 at 09.50.12.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/c/a/caede51742247863ac617f466e50d340b0b1f53f.png)

I need the Hubspot form to be a replicate the current webform behaviour upon form submission which is:

1. Send captured info to Hubspot except the “Password” field.
2. Hubspot to send to Salesforce
3. Create a user within our application (linked via API)
4. Send user an email with login information

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous , this likely won’t be possible with a native hubspot form. You cannot exclude a certain field from being recorded by HubSpot with a native form. If you construct a custom HTML form, you could potentially include all information except for the password field by sending the data through our [Forms API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/forms/submit_form_v3). This will record the info in HubSpot except the password field, then the sync you setup with Salesforce in HubSpot will sync the contact with Salesforce. Within the same submission event, you can send the password to your database where you store that info.

The sync to your application via API would be handled on your end, then finally the email could be sent off via HubSpot (without the password) through a workflow. If you need to show them the password (that you did not pass to hubspot), you’ll need to trigger the send through your external system, which would require the [Transactional Email API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/email/transactional_email)

Thanks @cbarley I’ve decided to leave the non-hubspot form and track it as is
