how to remove tabs like ‘deal’ or add custom ones. Only in paid version? (is it even possible in the paid version?!) thanks

If you are reffering to the boxes on the left-hand side of the contacts or companies display, it’s not possible, even in paid, to remove or create custom ones of these. It is only possible to reorder them by drag and drop.
The same is true of the options in the navigation menu - in case that is what you are reffering to.
