I hope you are all well.
I might be asking a silly question. I am trying to delete a NPS score rating that one of our client didn’t mean to give and was purely an error.
For some reason I cannot find a way to get to remove as there is no option of deletion appearing next to the feedback response. Please find below the screenshot. I have both sales and service enterprise paid seats allocate to me.
Please advise.

Prior response was not an acceptable solution. OP and myself needed a way to DELETE a particular feedback submission RECORD. Not disable the survey.
To delete a submission, go to the Feedback Survey section in Hubspot here - https://app.hubspot.com/feedback.
From there, click into the specific survey you want to delete a submission from.
It shows a listing of all the submissions but the trick here is the delete button isn’t checkbox-related or in the Actions button in the top right. It is in the row of the submission record.
If you hover over the record it will pop some buttons to the right, and one of them is Delete. Click that and zap!
