I recently sent out a marketing campaign. Most people simply click reply, and the email adjusts to reply to my gmail account. However, I have noticed that a few contacts have sent emails using the @hubspotfree.net address, as other colleagues were CC’d on the email. It seems that Hubspot does not forward the emails sent to the @hubspotfree.net address. Is there a way to access these emails?

It’s not possible to access emails sent to the hubspotfree.net address. Only emails sent directly to your actual email address or as a direct reply will get delivered to your actual email address. If this is a recurring issue, I’d recommend pointing out the reply email address explicitly within the email so that it’s more clear to the recipients.

This concerned me as well. But I replied to one of those emails I had sent to a large group which I individually was on that came from <my email with . replacing @>@hubspotfree.net address and it actually responded to my email address that was in front of the @hubspotfree.net address. Try it. I don’t believe any emails will go to it and neither of us need worry any more.
