How to Pull Primary Contact information into a Company Lead

Hello,

I have created a lead for a company and I would like to have the information for the primary contact associated with that company pulled into the lead.

Currently I’ve tried adding properties to the lead information section with property sync to the name, phone number, and email sections but they haven’t pulled through.

I’ve tried to add properties to the company information area and use property sync to successfully pull the primary contact information in but if you then try to sync from that into the lead you get an error.

It would also be acceptable for the contact to pull into the right column under contacts but I’ve only been able to manually do that for each lead which can be tedius.

Hi @BBivens3,

Have you tried different sync property settings, such as first created / most recently updated? Since it’s only one contact it shouldn’t make a difference.

If none work, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly (in-app via chat or mail). I’ve set up lead sync properties before and haven’t encountered any issues.
