It’s not possible to link two portals directly or to send contacts from one portal to another. In this case, you’ll have to export your records and then re-import them in the main portal:
While it is possible to link two HubSpot portals, it’s typically prohibitively expensive or complicated. In this case, an export and import is your best option.
