I want to make a list of contacts who have unsubscribed or marked as spam any of our emails to be added to a list and i want to add a condition to check whether they are marketing contact, as of now i have to take every single email and add a condition, is there any other way better than this as we have a lot of emails.

You can identify unsubscribed contacts through the ‘Unsubscribed from all email’ and/or ‘Opted out of email:’ contact properties.
Contacts who bounced due to a spam flag will have the value ‘Spam’ in the contact property ‘Email hard bounce reason’.
Contacts who marked an email as spam but did not bounce cannot be filtered at scale, as far as I know.

@ThomasPeter sure, as I said, ‘Unsubscribed from all email’ will do that. Alternatively, for individual subscription types the ‘Opted out of’ properties. Best regards
