Are you using a custom theme? or marketplace theme? We’ll need to know if you can directly edit the coded files or not.
I’ll also need to know what your HubSpot subscription is to know what code overwrite options are available.
And finally, a link to your blog listing page would be the easiest way to provide you with the code needed to create two columns.
