I’ve been a freelance writer for more than 20 years (until recently when I took an in-house gig). I agree that short (500-800 words) is the best length for a blog post, and you want to make sure it’s optimized for SEO, but don’t load your post with too many keywords. Google algorithms can tell if you’re just keyword loading and don’t have real content to fit those keywords.
