How to make Assigned team members appear in companies dashboard

I am the main admin for my business. We have about 100 companies uploaded to our Companies listing.

And I’m assigining different companies to different team members of mine so my team members can follow up with their designated companies. And so I can know who is tasked with doing so.

When I am viewing the Companies listing page, I would like to see a column that details which which team member is assigned to which company.

When I click Add Filter, there is no option listed in the dropdowns for “Assigned Person” or something similar. I need to know which of my employees (aka team members) has been assigned to which company.

Attached is an example of what I’m trying to depict.
