How to make a list with contact and company properties?

Hi, I’d love to know how to pull together a list for outbounding efforts where I can filter by contact AND company properties?

For example I want to filter by number of employees in company and by custom contact property which is department, because I want to target specific messaging towards small companies vs big ones, and also send specific messaging to different departments.

Or, to filter the industry of a company in or out of a contacts list - for example I don’t want to add vendors or customers to a sequence.
