Hey @MarieBio -- incoming emails that are net new threads from contacts will not log to HubSpot by default, even with the sales extension. Once you reply and track your reply, that thread would sync to HubSpot.
That said, any emails you send out or that come in as replies to your initial emails will log automatically.
