Hello community
I’m setting the permissions of the variosu hubspot users. Is it possible to allow to see only the owned tasks?
A quick example:
A (superamministrator) sees the tasks associated with each user (A, B and C)
B (user) sees only the tasks associated with the user B
C (user) sees only the tasks associated with the user C
Thank you very much
Have a very nice day
Chiara
Hi @Essense,
Yes, in the user permission settings, you can specify whether a user should see all tasks, tasks within their team or just their own:
You can find the instructions here: Manage user permissions
Best regards!
Hello @Essense ,
Yes, it is possible to allow users to see only their owned tasks. These are the steps:-
1 Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar.
2 Select on “Users & Teams”.
3 select user which you want to apply that permission.
3 Under the “Permissions” tab, select object access.and edit the task as shown in the screenshot.
Thank you

Hi @SNigam,
If you’re providing a very similar reply, at least don’t reuse my screenshots.

Hi @SNigam, it’s a bit weird that you don’t ‘realize’ where you copy your resources from without giving credit. Anyway, thank you for taking action.
