I would like to have a way for people who get our emails, to decide which language they prefer to receive them in. I tested the language switcher module which can be placed on the Communication Preferences page (the page where people choose the email subscription types they desire) but changing it doesn’t seem to affect the contact record. Is there another way of achieving this ?
Ideally I’d like to avoid creating a new page with a form dedicated just to this, it feels like it’d be a spam potential. Also we already have a multilingual site and we log which language the contact prefers upon first conversion. What I’m looking for is a way for people to revise that choice later on.
