This is currently not possible but has been requested in the HubSpot Ideas section: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Import-VCF-Contact-file-by-upload/idi-p/32012 You can comment and upvote this idea.
If you want to import contacts into HubSpot, this is how you need to setup your import file. You would have to convert your source files into a spreadsheet.
Alternatively, if you have all contacts on your phone, you can import them into the mobile app: Import contacts on the HubSpot mobile app

That is not a practical answer, please consider what we are asking. We get new calls daily and there is no need to keep importing all contacts into a csv, first. So, after that, we need to take new calls, save to our phone contacts and put into our Hubspot contacts without having to do manual data entry, which is what makes most of us not use crms.

The option to import vCards would be ideal in the post-pandemic world. We have had recent events where there are little to no business cards amongst participants; rendering the HubSpot Mobile App redundent.
