How to have hubspot outlook 365 extension for mac auto log incoming emails?

Hello!

Is there a setting so I can have the hubspot outlook extention 365 for mac auto log incoming emails? It only does it when I send an email outbound.

That’s expected behavior, you can find the requirements for emails to log here: Understand reply-only email logging rules

Theoretically, you could create a rule in Outlook for all emails to be forwarded to your forwarding address, although I’d expect that this will create duplicate logged emails in HubSpot: Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address
