I am new to hubspot CRM and am tring to find out how to have a set up value and an ARR value for each deal? We dont use pricebooks or anything simlar it would just be the User writing the values in. Thank you!

You can create a custom deal property for this by following these instructions: Create and edit properties
After creating this new property/field, you can place it in the left sidebar of the deal record for easy access: Customize records
