In HubSpot, I’m unable to create a negative dollar amount or quantity on a line item. For example, if a deal has already been won but I need to issue a credit or remove a part, how can I process that as a Change Order?
Is there a recommended way to create a new deal, quote, or change order that reflects a removed or credited part, since negative quantities or values aren’t allowed?
Any best practices or workflow suggestions would be appreciated.
